Email charles@cltcode.com and a
human will reply, usually within one business day. Tell us your iOS version and what you were
doing when it went wrong — it saves a round trip.
Found something broken? Send the steps that reproduce it. We fix reproducible bugs
far faster than described ones.
Subscriptions and purchases
Restore a purchase. Open the app → Settings → See Pro options
→ Restore purchases. This works signed out and on a fresh install — it
reads your App Store receipt, not your account.
Manage or cancel. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed
on your device: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Well Collected.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
Refunds. Apple handles all App Store refunds. Request one at
reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue
refunds on Apple’s behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway — we want to know.
Bought Pro but the app still shows free limits? Make sure you’re
signed in with the same email you used at purchase, then tap Restore purchases. If it still
won’t unlock, email us with the Apple receipt and we’ll sort it out.
Your catalog
Where it lives. Your catalog is stored on your device and works fully
offline. Cloud backup is optional and requires signing in.
Moving to a new phone. Sign in on the old device and let it sync, then
sign in on the new one. No account? Use Settings → Export → Full backup (JSON)
first, so nothing depends on the old handset.
Getting your data out. Settings → Export offers JSON, CSV, and an
insurance-ready PDF schedule. JSON and CSV are free on every tier — no lock-in, ever.
Deleted something by accident. Deletes are soft. Tap Undo in the toast
right after, or open Recently deleted at the bottom of the home screen.
AI identify and valuation
What gets sent. Only when you use an AI feature: the photo and the item
details you’ve entered go to Anthropic’s Claude to produce the result. Anthropic
doesn’t use this data to train its models. You’re asked before the first send, and
you can decline and catalog by hand.
Turning it off later. Settings → AI features → Turn off AI
features. You’ll be asked again next time you use one.
Valuations are estimates. They are research, not appraisals. Every
estimate carries a confidence level and the date it was made, and old estimates are marked
stale rather than quietly refreshed. Don’t submit one to an insurer as a professional
valuation.
An estimate looks wrong. Edit any field and re-run it — better
inputs produce better comps. Valuation history is append-only, so the old estimate stays
visible rather than being overwritten.
Account and privacy
Sign-in codes. Sign-in is a six-digit code sent by email. If it
doesn’t arrive, check spam, then use “Resend code or use a different email”
on the sign-in screen.
Delete your account. Settings → Delete account permanently removes
your account and everything backed up to our servers. Your on-device catalog is untouched
— uninstall the app to clear that too.
