Well Collected Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Well Collected, made by Pro eMarketing, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Well Collected, you agree to them.

The app

Well Collected is a personal cataloging and valuation tool for collectors. You use it to photograph, describe, and track items you own, and optionally get AI-assisted identification and value estimates.

Your account

Signing in is optional and only required for cloud backup and multi-device sync. You’re responsible for the email address and sign-in codes associated with your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

AI features

AI Identify, AI Valuation, and auto-grouping use Anthropic’s Claude models. These are best-effort tools:

• AI-filled fields may be wrong. Always double-check what the AI fills in before saving.
• Value estimates are not appraisals. They’re AI-generated estimates based on described comparable sales, provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for a professional appraisal, and should not be relied on for insurance claims, tax filings, sales, or any other purpose requiring a certified valuation.
• Free accounts get a limited number of AI identifies and valuations; Well Collected Pro removes those limits. AI features can be turned off entirely.

Well Collected Pro subscription

Well Collected Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Managing or cancelling: manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds: handled by Apple under the App Store’s refund policies — we don’t process refunds directly.
• Price changes: if pricing changes, we’ll follow the App Store’s required advance-notice process before any new price applies to you.

Your content

You own the photos and item information you enter into Well Collected. We don’t claim any ownership over it. You’re responsible for having the right to store and (if you use AI features) share the content you upload.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Well Collected to catalog or process content you don’t have rights to, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service (e.g., attempting to bypass usage limits at scale).

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Well Collected is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated identifications or valuations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro eMarketing, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on an AI-generated value estimate.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes, in-app notice.
